Quality commitment

In order to respond to your expectations, the tourist office of Montreuil-sur-Mer and its Valleys is trying to improve continuously your welcome.

 

We undertake to:

  • provide you accessible welcome and documentation areas 
  • simplify initiatives (steps)
  • provide you furniture to sit down.
  • inform you for free of local tourism offering.
  • post/announce opening hours in 3 languages.
  • provide you a free Wi-Fi access.
  • be open at least 305 days a year including Saturdays and Sundays during tourist and entertainment period.
  • answer your mails all year round.
  • welcome you thanks to staff members able to speak two different foreign languages at least.
  • provide you touristic maps and guides and other documentation on paper.
  • provide you a free access to our internet website in 3 languages adapted to smartphones, tablets…
  • disseminate paper tourist information translated in 2 foreign languages at least to: classified tourist accommodation (including the name, postal address, e-mail, telephone number, website address and the establishment classification); monuments but also cultural, natural and leisure touristic sites likely to indicate use prices, opening hours/times, website and post/telephone addresses; events/entertainment; emergency phone numbers;
  • update every year its tourist information;
  • put up on the outside emergency phone numbers;
  • present its territory offer for every customer;
  • provide you access to classified available rooms consultation;
  • deal with complaints and consider your satisfaction;
  • propose a tourist information service including information and communication new technologies (social network, mobile phones, geolocation…)
  • provide you an adviser for your stay 
  • ensure the reliable and current information of local tourist offer.
